Flexible working

Hours are flexible at decisionLab. While we often work to deadlines, we encourage people to work when they can be most productive and that isn’t always 9-5. We also offer a range of flexible working options in recognition that a better work-life balance can improve employee motivation, performance and productivity, and reduce stress.


We know how important it is to rest! We offer 25 days holiday.

Pension Scheme

decisionLab contributes 3% of an employee’s annual salary to a company pension scheme.

Part of the Governments Green Transport Plan which aims to reduce environmental pollution, promote healthier lifestyles and make cycling to work cost-effective. It allows employees to make savings by purchasing and paying for bicycle equipment by interest free monthly salary deductions.

Fulfilling our long term vision requires that the team has space to create, learn and play. researchLab is our internal initiative that enables knowledge sharing, personal research and continuous improvement through a series of monthly events and hackdays.
